Skin Care Tips for Oily Skin

Assalamualaikum..

It's been awhile since I did not updated my blog. As you can see my blog is under renovation right now, will update about it later ok. Tetiba je engkau...terkeluar pulak omputeh nya. Hahaha. Ok...let's move on, hari ni aku nak share a few tips pasal skin care untuk kulit berminyak disebabkan aku mempunyai jenis kulit yang berminyak. Duk blogwalking tadi, terjumpa la artikel ni dari dailyglow.com. Jom baca sat...tak rugi pun.

Cleansing

If you have oily skin, you might make the common mistake of using a facial cleanser several times a day. You might be turning to your cleanser every time your skin begins to feel oily, but this is a big NO. Overcleansing the skin can cause oil production to increase, you are worsening the problem. You shouldn't use a facial cleanser more than twice a day. There are several qualities you should look for in a facial cleanser. People with oily skin should opt for an oil-free, noncomedogenic foaming cleanser that has salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as an ingredient, according to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). Haaa...ini aku la ni, bila baru 2 hari guna dan terasa makin berminyak muka dah mula la negative thinking (tak sesuai la cleanser ni). Start from now, jangan fikir macam ni. Guna dalam seminggu lebih baru la boleh judge. Ok girls? hahah. Lagi satu, untuk oily skin and acne prone skin, cari la cleanser yang ada salicylic acid. For example yang aku pernah guna Garnier Pure Active dan sekarang ni guna Garnier Pure 3 in 1 (sebab lagi jimat haha).

Moisturizer

You might think that moisturizing oily skin is a bad idea because it will make your skin worse. The truth is that even oily skin needs moisture every day. The AAD recommends using a lightweight, noncomedogenic moisturizer that also works as a sun blocker. Water-based moisturizers are also ideal if you have oily skin. Kalau moisturiser ni, aku pakai Garnier Light (ni bila rajin) dan Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist (ni bila malas).

Exfoliator

Exfoliating may seem like a good way to remove your skin's natural oils, but this can also stimulate oil production. The purpose of exfoliating is not to remove your skin's natural oils but to get rid of dead skin cells. The AAD recommends people with oily skin exfoliate once or twice a week. If you have oily skin, look for an exfoliator that is oil free. Choosing the right products for oily skin and learning how to use them properly are the best ways to keep your skin under control. Using products that are oil free, noncomedogenic, and contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide is one of the best ways to help prevent breakouts. Exfoliator yang oil free aku tak jumpa lagi, but for now aku cuma guna TonyMoly Appletox.

Itu je la aku boleh share. Nak kata aku ada perfect skin, tak jugak. Dah ini je yang mampu milik..hahah. Nak beli SKII memang tak mampu la jemah oiii. Nak kumpul duit la macam ni. Wish me luck.

Haaaa....ni melampau ni. Kena basuh dengan axion baru bebas minyak. haaha
